We are a spiritual couple, passionate to spread the wisdom of Yoga and Meditation in it's truest and the most authentic essence.

Growing up in the old cities of Lucknow and Hyderabad, India, we were unknowingly immersed in the wisdom of the ancient land – from practicing Yoga in school, hearing stories of enlightenment, witnessing worship of trees, rivers and mountains, to experiencing the healing magic of Ayurvedic cooking in our Amma's (mother) & Nani's (grandmother) kitchens.

However, in our mid 20s, we faced few stubborn personal challenges, which pushed us to seek deeper solutions. Over years, we studied scriptures (Vedas and Upanishads), visited Ashrams (spiritual centers), Panchakarma healing institutes and finally knocked on the doors of Vipassana Meditation. The wheel of spirituality was set in motion. We experienced deep transformations in our health and our relationship too.
This journey ignited a strong passion to live a lifestyle deeply connected to self and the natural world, and to inspire others to do the same.

We are certified Yoga and Nutrition instructors with extensive experience teaching in India. After relocating to Kraków in 2020, we founded Veda Yoga Center in 2021 with a vision of Yoga for ALL
